Ted Noel is responsible for new business development and investor relations. He also oversees market research and is a LP in the Fund.

 

​Prior to joining Trawler, Mr. Noel was with the consulting firm Summit Strategies Group where he was responsible for the firm’s real estate allocations. In this role, Mr. Noel oversaw $6 billion of clients’ real estate investment activity including investments into several Core, Value-Add and Opportunistic funds with both debt and equity strategies located throughout the U.S. and Europe.  In that time, he held Advisory Board seats for some of the largest Real Estate managers in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to joining Summit, he worked in the investment properties group at CBRE. There he led the office’s Private Capital Group and conducted over $100M of various commercial real estate transactions.

 

Mr. Noel holds a BS degree in Business from Elon University.
