Brendan Driscoll is responsible for screening, credit underwriting and closing assistance of new investments as well as asset monitoring, management and reporting. Mr. Driscoll is a member of the Investment and Valuation Committees.
Mr. Driscoll was previously a Managing Director at Target Rock Partners, a real estate advisory firm based in New York. At Target Rock, Mr. Driscoll was responsible for advising clients and arranging capital structures for the acquisition, refinance, recapitalization and development of multifamily and commercial real estate located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Target Rock Partners, Mr. Driscoll was a Director at Faris Lee Investments where he arranged debt and equity for purchasers of the firm’s listed net lease and multi-tenant retail properties. Preceding Faris Lee, Mr. Driscoll was a First Vice President of Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance where he was responsible for analyzing, structuring and pricing new loan opportunities. Mr. Driscoll started his real estate career in 1996 as an analyst at Capmark Finance (f/k/a/ GMAC Commercial Mortgage). While at Capmark, Mr. Driscoll underwrote fixed rate loans for securitization and floating rate loans for its balance sheet. Mr. Driscoll and Mr. Spinelli worked together while at Capmark.
Mr. Driscoll received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
